Customer account

Create a customer account.

After email verification, an account supports signed-in checkout, bidding, and order history for orders placed while signed in. Guest checkout is still available, and guest orders are not listed in account order history.

After registration, open the verification link requested for your email before using account checkout, bidding, or account order history. Creating the account does not complete email verification. Requesting a verification email does not confirm delivery or verification.

Sign-in and registration guidance

Choose sign in if you already registered with an email and password. Choose create an account if you have not registered yet; email verification is required before account checkout, bidding, or account order history.

Account creation and verification expectations

  • Required information: First name, last name, email, password, and password confirmation are required. Phone is optional.
  • Password privacy: Password fields are masked and are not filled back in after a submission. Enter the same password in both fields.
  • Verification request: Submitting attempts to create the account and request a verification email. A request does not prove delivery or verification.
  • Next step: If account creation completes, you stay signed in and continue to verification instructions. Account checkout, bidding, and signed-in order history remain unavailable until you open a valid verification link.
