Do I need a separate Director’s Table account?

No. Use the same Bennett Edge Publishing account as your other book libraries. Sign in, choose Add another book, and select The Director’s Table. Access remains specific to the books registered to your account.

How do I save a record and continue later?

Choose Download working copy inside a tool. Keep that JSON file on your own device. Return to the same tool and choose Open working copy. The file is read locally; no responses are uploaded. Text export and Print / Save PDF remain available for readable copies.

Which tool should I use first?

Use the four decision paths inside the library: a regional review, support for a stretched GM, a menu-change test, or preparation for growth. Each points to the existing book codes and the next working record—not a new framework.

Are example figures actual restaurant results?

No. The cases, scores and calculation inputs are fictional teaching examples. Working copies retain an example-data warning after edits. Review inputs, sources, capacity and omitted costs before applying a result; no tool establishes promotion readiness or authorizes reopening.

Your work stays yours

A working copy.
Not a cloud personnel file.

Tool entries are not submitted to or saved by the portal. Download a working copy to reopen later, or export text or print before leaving. Files are unencrypted and stay wherever you save them. Avoid sensitive personal, guest, employee, health, or payment data; browsers and downloaded files have their own retention behavior.

Your account, purchase claims, access events and security records use the same Publishing privacy policy as your other book libraries. Examples are fictional; calculations are not audited results. No tool authorizes an emergency reopening or replaces qualified local guidance.
