Public browsing

The public site does not provide Bennett Edge Group customer accounts. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and time of request.

Contact inquiries

The contact form collects the information you choose to provide, the inquiry category, consent selections, and limited source or campaign fields used to route and understand the inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details, customer records, or other sensitive information.

While delivery is pending, the inquiry is held in a protected server-side outbox so a network or mail failure can be retried without creating another follow-up task or email. After confirmed delivery, the message content is removed from that outbox and only a limited idempotency record remains to prevent duplicate submissions.

A contact inquiry is not marketing consent. Optional marketing consent, when offered, is separate and can be left unchecked.

Public site guide

The site guide answers from published Bennett Edge Group information. It cannot access HospiEdge accounts, restaurant data, billing, passwords, private files, or the private marketing application. Questions may be sent to a configured AI provider only to select an approved published answer; conversation history is not intentionally stored by this site.

Business boundaries

HospiEdge maintains its own product, account, support, and restaurant-data boundary. Bennett Edge Publishing and Bennett Edge Engineering maintain their own operating contexts. This parent site does not combine those customer systems.

External destinations

Links to HospiEdge, Amazon, and other third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy terms.
